  • Free shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Hong Kong for orders over USD75/AUD100
  • We normally encourage folk to embrace the present moment, but I’m afraid to say that the power of now does not mean instant delivery, but what a great opportunity to practice patience in between ordering and receiving.
  • Shipping time to most places in the world is between 10-15 business days. Of course, if your local postal service operates using the pony express, travels via camel, or customs get bored and decides to play shuffleboard with your parcel, it may take a little longer. Note: with the impact of COVID-19 on, well everything, shipping time may be extended by several days as transport at all levels have been affected.

Please be aware that every country has their own customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes, duties and customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for details for your specific location.

In Australia, if your order is valued by Customs at less than AUD1000you do not currently need to pay any duty or additional taxes.

FREE 100 DAYS RETURNS

  • We want your ass to be super confident and happy in your purchase. If it just don’t fit right, or for any other reason your ass ain’t totally satisfied with your purchase, shoutout and you can choose to change sizes, get a store credit or get your hard-earned moola back, if your ass ain’t happy, neither is ours.
  • They’re undies, of course, you need to try’em on. For hygiene reasons, we ask that when you first try’em on that you wear them over clean undies to check for size and fit.
  • Items should be returned with its original packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 100 days of purchase date.
  • Please email ourass@smartassundies.com with the full name of the purchaser, order number and description of the issue to start the returns process.
  • It takes our team 7-12 business days to process returns. We’ll keep you informed along the way.
